We're just wrapping up a number of major upgrades to enhance the user experience at http://www.homewaters.net/. Now you can set up fully automated searches, track your favorite properties, instant chat with an agent, enjoy the upcoming Homewaters Newsletter and Homewaters Magazine. Links are also available for our Facebook and Twitter pages.
2. Expanded service area. We're happy to introduce Sonya Loose as our most recent Associate Broker. She lives and works in the Gladwin/Clare area and we just began pulling in all the data from that real estate board! There are some amazingly priced waterfront properties down there within very easy reach of the metropolitan areas to the South.
3. Agent recognition. The site will now recognize the area you're searching and will provide the photo and contact information for our agent or broker who services that area. We have a collection of amazing people working with us and we'd like to make it as easy as possible for them to offer help on your search.
4. Search All Area Lakes. Rather than have to select each individual lake from the lake maps, there is now a tab to the upper left that allows users to simultaneously search all of the lakes in that are with just one click!
