I was having a very relaxing and highly unusual Sunday morning reading my Real Simple magazine and drinking some coffee. Sitting on my couch in my jammies flipping through the pages I realized a few things:
1. I wanted more coffee and hoped the husband would ask before I had to get up.
2. I wanted to start a "graduation ideas" folder to start throwing ideas into since my son was now a sophomore and 2016 is sure to be here before I know it.
3. I found a website I wanted to share with you.
I'm taking a wild guess and assuming you really don't care too much about my #1 and #2 concerns so #3 is what I will share more about! Real Simple featured a blog that was worth bookmarking called YoungHouseLove.com . It has smart advice on installing appliances, easy no-sew curtains to spruce up any room, the latest paint colors, mood boards, inspiring galleries and more. I decided to visit the site and became immersed in it and could have easily sat there until lunch. But the bring sunny day was calling me outside and I don't get too many days off so needed to take advantage of it! What I loved is the easy layout of the site and the conversational tone the young married couple writes in...add in humor and their ability to really make you feel like you were part of their home improvement project and its a perfect site.
