Homewaters Welcomes Britt Brubaker as Newest Sales Associate

Britt is a Michigan State University grad and former Spring Lake High School English teacher.  Chad Brown, broker/owner said, “Britt’s passion for the language arts and water sports combined with her tech savvy background and dynamic personality, make her perfect fit for Homewaters.”  Britt will be working directly with Chad to service Grand Traverse Bay and other properties on Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsulas.
 

Homewaters was founded by Chad and Mandy Brown, broker/ owners in late 2006 to service buyers and sellers of Premier River, lake and other unique recreational properties in Northern Michigan.   Britt joins Homewaters at an exciting time as the company surpasses $100,000,000.00 in closed sales volume.
