Supreme Court Case to weigh EPA's reach into private property

As a member of The National Association of Realtors, every REALTOR pays membership dues which go to a variety of functions. Among those are legal advocacy on the behalf of private property owners to ensure their rights are not infringed upon. This article outlines a current case wherein The EPA claims to have jurisdiction over whether or not an Idaho couple can build on a previously approved parcel of land.
