Buyer vs. Buyer

Yes...it's still a buyer's market and has been for a few years now. But some buyers have experienced disappointment when a really good deal got away. That's because some buyers are  still waiting for prices to come down when in reality there are great deals being snatched up at list price or slightly less.

With good inventories available, sellers that price right will benefit from closed transactions quickly. Some properties are beginning to turn shortly after being listed. I've recently seen properties that have had accepted offers from buyers within a week of going on the market.

With sellers having to compete with sellers to be visible in the market place, buyers will need to start competing with buyers to be first in line for that great deal!
