The State of Michigan is in the process of reviewing and changing the trout stream regulations in Michigan to expand the number of miles of "special regulations" water. Click the photo to the right to view the proposed changes. This could have a very big impact on a tremendous number of riverfront properties. A quick review of values on various rivers over time shows a clear trend of higher values on more heavily regulated sections of river.
