This weekend Jay's Sporting Goods in Clare, Michigan will be holding their first ever Land and Recreational Real Estate Expo! What a great place to visit with local Realtors and see what fantastic listings are available in this recreational area. With so much to do in Clare and Gladwin County from ORV'ing to fishing to boating on our many lakes you can focus on your desired area and learn more about the market by coming to the Expo.
