Word Cloud; noun
- an image composed of words used in a particular text or subject, in which the size of each word indicates its frequency or importance.
There's a terrific website called www.wordart.com that allows you to create a word cloud by simply inputting the name of a website. We entered www.homewaters.net and the above word cloud was generated. How perfect is that! I don't know that there's a better way to SHOW who we are and what we're all about. We were certainly rooted in the sale of waterfront property in northern Michigan. Waterfront still makes up about 70% of our total sales each year but more and more we help our clients with all their needs including in town homes, commercial property and anything else they'd like. The fact is, the agents and brokers are exceptional REALTORS equipped to service any real estate need our clients may have.
If you're considering listing or buying property this season, jump on www.wordart.com and enter the web address of the real estate firm you're considering. I played around with it and it was quite revealing how many brokerages were more about 0000's and their own broker business rather than their customers' properties. I suppose everyone has their own approach. We'll stick with ours:)
The melt is on up north. While there's certainly going to be some winter weather ahead it is great to see the light at the end of the tunnel and it has the phones really ringing all of a sudden. Spring is in the air and we cannot wait!!!
