Introducing the next generation of Homewaters.net!

Since our founding, we've been working to build the most advanced real estate website for those seeking to buy or sell recreational properties in Michigan's spectacular vacation communities.  Beginning in 2006, we were one of the first brokerages in northern Michigan to pull data from multiple MLS databases and merge them into one easy to use resource.  We worked with a number of local associations to adapt their data fields to allow us to create more customized searches for properties to be searched by lifestyle like hunting, ski and golf properties.  We were the first to use geocoding introduced by Google that allowed users to search by a map defined area of interest.  We were among the first brokerages in northern Michigan to provide information on sold listings directly from the local MLS.  All of these efforts have allowed us to help more than 400 buyers and sellers reach their goals in 2015 alone.

Today we're excited to launch the next generation of our incredibly popular website, www.homewaters.net.  The new site still utilizes much of the same search technologies but the responsive design is much more user friendly for smart phones and tablets.  We've made it easier to save and automate searches and to save and view "favorite" listings.  As always, the site will introduce you to The Homewaters agent or broker who is the best resource for property information in the area you're currently searching.  Now we've made it even easier to get in direct contact with that agent or broker.  The new site is much more vibrant with larger photos and more resource information and more intuitive functionality in some areas.

We hope you enjoy the changes and always welcome any input you may have.  We'll continue to improve the site in order to make sure it remains the favorite for anyone searching for waterfront or near water properties in Michigan's vacation communities.  We look forward to working with you soon.  Enjoy the summer!
