Homewaters is among the first brokers in Michigan to publish sold property data from all mls brokers on their website, www.homewaters.net. Users can now research two years worth of sales history in their area of interest in order to gain a better understanding of market conditions and ensure they make a wise buying or selling decision. We've built the information into two different areas of the site. First, on the results page of any search, users can now refine their results by property status. They now have the option to view Active properties only as a default or they may choose to view Sold listings only or properties with both statuses simultaneously. The other place this sold information appears is in the detailed view of any property. If there are recently sold properties that are largely similar to the property being viewed, the site will bring in Sold Comps as a tab at the top of the listing information.
