Why blog in under 200 words, you ask? You know its quick, to
the point, and fun to read. Plus, hopefully, it contains some useful
insight into the Traverse City real estate market. I haven't been at
it the longest, but I'm confident in my real estate knowledge and research to
show every angle of a particular property, why its priced the way it
is, and why its special. Take a quick look – click for more info,

The first #tcrealestate200 blog post is
about a home on Union Street that not only has some fascinating
historical features, but its a great setup for a good size home
downtown. Here it goes!
To me, if you live in Traverse City,
you certainly enjoy all of the things that surround our town and its
location. Its also nice to know that many other people like to visit
this lovely town during the warmer months, but you don't necessarily
want to spend every waking moment with our visitors. So, you look
for a place to hang your hat that isn't too far removed, but gives
you that sense of personal space. Having looked at many historic
homes in downtown TC, I can tell you that there's a difficult “fab
four” to find in a home – historic,
spacious, functional, affordable. These four are rarely all met,
and although there are many lovely historic homes, its hard to find
one that has size in home and lot, abundant storage inside and
garage, and functionality at a price that is afforded by the masses.
924 S. Union Street, at the corner of Union and 13th is
the closest I've seen in a while, priced at $339,000.
