New or Seasoned, The Key is to Find a Quality Agent or Broker

We had the opportunity to congratulate Sales Associate, Jason Manderbach, on his first transaction as a Homewaters agent.  Last week he closed a transaction where he represented the seller and brought the buyer for a great hunting property in Isabella County.  Jason hasn't had a ton of experience but he works incredibly hard, is accountable to his clients and take a ton of pride in being a professional.  We make sure to provide plenty of broker support so that no detail is overlooked.  These attributes carry across our entire sales staff from our first year agents to our most seasoned veterans.  To us, nothing is more important that putting buyers and sellers in touch with a QUALITY agent.  We refuse to bring on anyone who doesn't fit that mold so every client of Homewaters can be confident they're in good hands.

As the broker I get the opportunity to receive a tremendous number of client testimonials each year.  Here's the one from Jason's first Homewaters transaction.

"We were extremely happy with our experience with  Homewaters, LLC Recreational Real Estate and our agent, Jason Manderbach. The service we received both before and after the sale of our property was everything we expected and beyond. This was our first time ever listing a property through a Real Estate Company and given the experience we had we would highly recommend Jason Manderbach and Homewaters LLC, Recreational Real Estate. Thanks again Jason!"

Sincerely,
Dale and Brenda Feldpausch
