In the coming months, we'll be making some changes to the look and feel of our branding. We're in the midst of a complete rebuild of our popular website, www.homewaters.net, after 5 years of enormous traffic growth. We expect to launch the new site in late February. We're taking everything we've learned and are adding a lot of functionality that wasn't possible under our older format. We've also changed the look and functionality of this blog, as you've probably noticed. We've grown from just 3 agents in 2007 to 10 full time agents servicing most of northern Michigan. Our first year we closed around $8 million in sales and we just topped $30,000,000 for 2012! It's time we take the next step in our development while still focusing on those traits that helped ensure our success. Limited listing inventories, waterfront focus, hard work, and building personal relationships.
