Possibly the Perfect Property for the Outdoorsman

We often get requests from buyers seeking acreage to hunt as well as having good trout water to fish.  Large enough parcels sometimes hit the market but are often out of financial reach for most buyers.  We have a property listed on The Manistee River right now, however, that is the perfect solution.  It's 11 acres with 200' on the flies only section of the river but it's completely surrounded by state land on all sides!  Grab the dog and your shotgun and work the river for more than two miles downstream before hitting the next private parcel!  This section of river is open to year round fishing as well and right now is prime time for catching huge Brown Trout on streamers!  Maybe even better, it's in the snow belt between Kalkaska and Grayling and provides ideal access to The Blue Bear Snowmobile Trails.  Ride your sleds to Traverse City or Mackinaw from here on mostly groomed trails.  The modest cabin can serve as camp if that's the intention or remove it and build a spectacular lodge with ultimate privacy.  The seller paid well over $200,000 for the property a few years ago and is now selling at a loss but wants it gone by winter.  Just reduced again to $149,900, it's possibly the last opportunity to get a perfect property for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and more in this price range.  Contact me at your opportunity to set up a private showing.  Click the photo above to view more details.  Bring the rod and waders and I'll show you a few bends that will certainly give up some nice trout...  chad@homewaters.net
