According to statistics from The Paul Bunyan Board of Realtors (Primarily Wexford, Roscommon and Missaukee Counties), the numbers are reflective of what we've seen. More sales and prices are looking good too. Many people speculated that 2009 was our market bottom and we're seeing all kinds of indicators that may be true!! We've had a tremendous number of buyers viewing properties up north and this is usually the time of year they start making offers to purchase. Sale are way up in first half of 2010
