At their annual holiday party last week, our very own Preston Bovee was honored as The Clare / Gladwin Board of REALTORS Rookie of the Year for 2016.  Preston topped all other first year agents in total sales volume and units sold.  It's no surprise to those of us who know Preston and how hard he works.  Preston's background in video production for the outdoors industry and his local knowledge of the surrounding lakes and woodlands puts him at a huge advantage when working with waterfront and recreational buyers.
